Graduation is set for May 16th at 7:00 p.m. at Terry W. Kitchen Central Junior High. This information has been shared with students and senior families directly.
TICKETS: Each graduate will receive 9 tickets for the ceremony. EVERYONE ATTENDING GRADUATION MUST HAVE A TICKET, INCLUDING ALL CAPE GIRARDEAU PUBLIC SCHOOLS FACULTY AND STAFF.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS: Please follow our normal security protocols for campus events, which can be viewed in the image attached to this post.
PROHIBITED ITEMS FOR GRADUATION WILL INCLUDE BALLOONS, GIFTS, FLOWERS OR NOISEMAKERS.
Please allow plenty of time to go through our weapons detection devices. Doors open at 6:00, and the ceremony begins at 7:00.
The Cape Girardeau Police Department and our School Resource Officers will be patrolling the area around campus before, during, and after the ceremony as a precautionary measure.
PARKING: Parking is limited, so please carpool when possible.
