Thirty Math Field Day participants were truly champions, regardless of how many medals they won. All of the students worked on some type of math either individually or collaboratively non-stop from 9:00 A.M. until the very last event ending at 12:30 P.M. The amount of learning that went on in our little corner in between events was so exciting to see. Our upperclassmen took their leadership roles seriously, and our underclassmen were wide-eyed and eager to learn.
Ms. Sebaugh and Ms. Ritter find it an honor and a privilege to spend the day with such bright, fun, and creative students. The students and all math department teachers are very proud of all their accomplishments.
