It took just four swimmers to power Cape Central High to a third-place finish at the Girls Missouri State High School Athletic Association's Class 1 State Meet. The 200-yard free relay of Karsynne McAlister, Sydney Ringwald, Kennedy Ringwald, and Bella Pattengill took home a first-place trophy. The four also teamed up for a second-place finish in the 400-yard free relay.
McAlister clinched the crown in the 50-yard free while Sydney Ringwald made it to the podium with third-place finishes in the 50-yard free and 200-yard free.
These Tigers, a small but mighty team, showed us all what is possible with dedication and determination! Way to go, ladies! We are so proud of you!
